RESET Therapy Vegas is primarily a private-pay practice, created for clients who want deeper identity work, increased privacy, and greater flexibility in their healing process.
If you’re curious about whether your insurance might offer any support for therapy, I’m happy to explore those options with you during a consultation so you feel informed and supported.
Many clients choose private pay because it allows for:
• No diagnosis required
• No limits on session length or frequency
• Increased privacy and confidentiality
• Full freedom to focus on identity, clarity, and emotional growth
• A consistent, uninterrupted therapeutic experience without third-party limitations.

Rates vary depending on the service or program. Most clients choose to begin with individual therapy sessions or the RESET Framework package because both offer the structure, intention, and depth needed for meaningful, lasting change.
Before starting, we will go over everything together, so you feel clear, comfortable, and confident in your next steps.

Your first session is a gentle beginning. It’s a space for us to connect and explore what brought you here at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.
During your intake, we will:
• Talk about what you’ve been experiencing
• Explore what you’d like to shift or understand
• Identify patterns that may feel heavy or confusing
• Clarify your goals and the direction you want to grow toward
• Introduce the RESET Framework and how it will guide your journey
My intention is for you to feel supported, understood, and grounded —not judged or rushed.

Most clients begin weekly or bi-weekly depending on their emotional needs and the depth of the work they want to do. Together, we’ll choose the pace that feels aligned and sustainable for you.

I do not prescribe medication.
As a therapist, my work focuses on emotional regulation, identity work, nervous system support and personal growth.
When appropriate, I may suggest a referral to a psychiatrist or other qualified medical provider for a medication evaluation. Any referrals are discussed collaboratively and are always optional.
