  • Your RESET Therapy intake is the first step toward building a foundation of trust and clarity. We’ll explore what brought you here, talk through your goals, and identify the areas you want to shift. I’ll introduce the RESET framework so you know what to expect as we move forward. This session is about creating safety, connection, and a clear path for meaningful change.

We’ll use the RESET framework to regulate your emotions, explore your identity, and build strategies that support your growth. Each session is focused on meeting you where you are, removing the outside noise, and helping you step into clarity, confidence, and strength.

  • Identity-focused therapy is an approach that helps you explore who you are at your core- beyond roles, expectations, or past experiences. Together, we uncover your values, strengths, and patterns so you can live in alignment with your true self rather than feeling defined by circumstances, relationships, or old narratives.

  • Life Directions is a framework Ive developed that blends therapeutic toll with coaching strategies to help clients create clarity and direction in their personal and professional life. It’s about helping you move from “stuck” or “uncertain” to living with confidence, purpose, and vision.

  • Traditional therapy often focuses on reducing symptoms, while identity- focused and Life Directions work is about creating transformation. You’ll still have a supportive space to process emotions, but we also look forward—building practical steps and tools to help you design the life you want.
